DATABASE VISION AS DATA PROCESSOR

Database Vision Ltd will act as data processor to analyse and segment data on behalf of its clients.

In the role of Data Processor, Database Vision will operate under a Data Processor Agreement with each individual client.

Customer data that is held on behalf of a client will be securely stored and protected from unauthorized access for 6 months following the completion of the contract. After that date the client data will be deleted unless the client provides written instructions otherwise.

SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTS

Users have the right to ask Database Vision Ltd, in writing, for a copy of all the personal data held about them and to request that Database Vision Ltd correct any inaccuracies in that information.
